Cancelling an Order
There are two options available to you depending on whether:
- You have made a mistake when ordering
- You require a refund under our 100% money back guarantee
Mistakes happen. If you’ve ordered the wrong product edition or the wrong quantity of a given product, please contact us either by:
- Using the Customer Support system. Simply raise a ticket explaining your issue.
- Using the contact us form and explaining your issue.
We will then work with you to ensure you get the product you intended.
