There are two options available to you depending on whether:

  • You have made a mistake when ordering
  • You require a refund under our 100% money back guarantee

Order Errors

Mistakes happen. If you’ve ordered the wrong product edition or the wrong quantity of a given product, please contact us either by:

  • Using the Customer Support system. Simply raise a ticket explaining your issue.
  • Using the contact us form and explaining your issue.

We will then work with you to ensure you get the product you intended.

Obtaining a Refund
